Hey guys, with the immanent demise of third-party cookies, assuming that in one year from DEMDEX is history and even the first-party cookie approach's cookie lifetime drastically cut through ITP, more limitations likely to happen, I have a general question: For AEP, it is recommended to create your own FPID cookie that is written server-side, and pass it into the "identityMap" XDM object, see also. Now, without the Experience Platform and relying on the Experience Cloud ID Service to reidentify the user, I was wondering whether one could not use the same approach i.e.,set up a service that creates and returns a server-side cookie in the specified formatpass this into the Visitor service using the setCustomerIds functionAny thoughts on this? Hi, I am confused about how to create a group of users I can easily share segments and workspace projects.I created a group through the admin console, but it seems that group is only used to add product profiles since it is not available when sharing components.Do I need to create the group elsewhere?  or is there a way to share components with this group I created? Thank you,Leo

I am trying to set an eVar using custom code in Launch through the Analytics Extension. So far, nothing is working, no matter how I try to set it. I see the data that I want in the console, so I know I am receiving it correctly. Is there something I need to do differently or include? We have a page with buttons for software download links for different Operating Systems. When the user clicks on them then automatically software is downloaded in .zip, .iso, .tgz, .dmg file format I am wondering how should I report on downloads from these download buttons : 1) Via Activity Map as below 2) Or Via Download Link dimension against UV as below   Whats the best approach? 

Hi all,  I recently created a new Product Profile in the admin console for analytics and added several members of a team I'm on to it. I've waited over 72 hours for an update but still the Analytics workspace doesn't allow me to share my project with this group. One alternative I've come up with is to use another pre-existing group that appears in the Workspace share window already, but I do want to know why this isn't working anymore.  Based on responses to this thread: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/how-to-create-an-adobe-analytics-group-to-share-segments-and/td-p/451041 which was marked as resolved, it seems like people have recently been having this issue.  What would be a possible solution or could this be fixed?

What I'm trying to do :Count the number of unique page an user have seen in a sub portion of our website.I have 1 variable that only captures the account center of our usersI'd like to do a "who has seen 6 page within this account center" portion What I'm doing that doesn't seem to work:Creating a segment where I have a Hit with "acount center exists" and I embedded a Visit container with page distinctcount equals 6. I understand why it doesn't work, but stuck on what I should do to fix it.

Has anyone integrated Adobe Analytics with Demandbase?Which is a better way to implement the DB through page load rule API call or through DB extension.Please do share the pros and cons, if possible.

I waste a lot of time changing settings in my freeform tables in Workspace. Ideally, I want to change the default settings.   For example, I almost always want row settings to "show grand total" but this is not default and I have to change it for each drill-down, which can be 20 times per table. Other options would be great such as unchecking background. This will save a ton of time for me and my team. Please help! Thank you.

I have few sister websites from our main website. If I look at the Marketing Channels I can't see the Referrer Domains if I use for instance Marketing Channel Detail or Referring Domain.inductiekookplaat.org is our main website and I want to see how many visitors were from our sister website top-x.nl when they converted. What dimension do I use to see the referrers within Internal in Workspace?

1. What we do see is an increase in the BOT Occurrences (853666) more than BOT Page view (0)? 2. Please let me know How should I debug this?

We are using S_Code H.25.4 on our site currently. We use a JS "on click" command when we have a PDF file download to force those files to report to Analytics. (I do realize that I'm missing the ; in the appropriate spots on these screenshots. When they were in place between each evar definition it has the same results)The struggle we have is that we do not get all our other evars and props that we get with our page views. I tried modifying our OnClick link to add the other evars (and then I'll add sProps after I sort this out), and my link code looks like this nowThe problem we have is... when I load this page, it populates all the correct variables, but when I click to download, it still only populates evar5 (below... Left column is the page load and the right column is the file download click)

Hi, I am very new to Adobe Analytics and indeed, I am asking this question because the team in charge of implementing Adobe Analytics on our company is not doing a very good job, unfortunately. So, there are several things they have done that are, at least, suspicious to me or don't follow best practices. So, that's my main question: is it necessary to add a Cookies acceptance condition to every rule created on Adobe Launch? Thanks a lot for your time.

Can you help me understand this behavior? There is traffic being attributed to a specific campaign name, even though this campaign has not been active for over six months. (visualization: visits by campaign name)There is no traffic being measured on the landing page associated with this campaign.Normally, attribution to a campaign should only last for a week, but in this case, it seems to be persisting beyond that timeframe. Hi there!I am interested in measuring time spent on a page and I need some help/guidance.However, I know Adobe calculates time spent between calls. For that reason, I decided to implement a link call that fires every 15 seconds when the page is looking for an update in content.This link call will only fire while the page is "live". Would this trick work to provide a better read on time spent on the page?

 Hello all - Our company recently acquired Customer Journey Analytics, I'm the system admin for our company's Adobe platform but this CJA product is fairly new to me. I cannot figure out how to get the 'Data View' and 'Connections' tab to show up in the CJA. I've provided some users and myself all permissions possible for CJA but those tabs are not showing up as shown in my screenshot of CJA landing page attached here. Thus our users are unable to create data views and connections. I suspect there might be additional permissions required in AEP? I don't see anything in existing documentation so far, can any of you assist? Thank you in advance! 

Hello, My team has eVar dimensions (X & Y for this example) for two cookie ID values, and we recently noticed that dimension Y is presenting as duplicate of dimension X. We want to see how long this has been happening and create an alert to be notified if it continues to happen. Is there a segmentation method to view the occurrences where dimension Y has the same value as dimension X? Thank you!

Hi, I am unable to login using the Adobe Report Builder plug in after receiving a new laptop. I can log in and access all reports and admin functions from the web but the plug in keeps returning "You must have access to at least one company to use Report Builder." Any help on this? Thanks
