If there is an HTTP-only website running Adobe Analytics and it chose to migrate to HTTPS, would there be impact to Visitor identification following this site migration? For example, might all visitors become a new visitor immediately following the cutover? Might this answer vary based on usage of ECID service, browser family, setup of first-party domain tracking, other? Thanks, in advance, for any answers and help!
On my website I have stories that are published periodically. On the Adobe Analytics dashboard I want to see the views on the stories published in the last 7 days.For this I plan to send the published date of the story to AA Server using a conversion variable each time a story is opened (clicked). But Adobe Analytics does not have a data type Date, I am able to send the date only as a string.Is it possible to save the date as a Date data type and use Time Intelligent operations like `daysBetween(today, publishedDate) <= 7`?
Hi all, I need help with this issue that I am facing for my adobe analytics report.Based on the screenshot attached, only ~30k ECIDs were captured in the report suite. For the ECID, I used an extension called Experience Cloud ID Service to capture these values. What does it mean when there are unspecified values in the report suite for ECID values? Could this be a configuration issue?
Hi,We have tracking id implemented on URLs, however, we are noticing the visits being lower than unique clicks. What would be the reason for this? Would browsing tracking limitation be an issue? I know it's not apples to apples comparison here, but insight would help. Thanks
How do you go about configuring launch so that it populates the site section report in adobe analytics? I've tried to configure the global variables (eVars) in the Adobe Analytics Extension, but was unsuccessful in getting the report to populate in Adobe Analytics' Site Section report. I've also tried configuring the eVars on page load, but that also isn't working. Can someone point me to a step-by-step instruction on how to configure an eVar that will populate a report in Adobe Analytics? Thank you, Patrick
I often have figures with complex labels, often with long-winded names based on variables I have no control over.For example, in this chart (screenshot below), the main metric is Revenue, but there are filters for marketing tactic and a note on the non-standard attribution model (it can get worse than this!). The figure labels in the legend are concatenated from all elements. But the chart is already titled with what it's showing, so I edit all the legend labels to remove the redundant factors for simplicity and clarity. E.g., Revenue [Marketing Tag Tactic: SEM] (U Shaped | 90 Days) --> SEM Changing the metric, model, or filters causes the labels to reset to the full names, so you have to edit them all again - it's very tedious, especially when the UI response is slow, like it is today.Can we have a master legend configurator in the chart settings that allows you to choose which component elements to include or omit in the figure labels? E.g. [ ] Metric[ ] Attri

eVars and events in product variable are proceeded by 1&2 respectively.we are passing eVar17,19.but in product string in debugger it's capturing as eVar117,119. similarly for events, we are passing as event52but in product string in debugger it's capturing as event252 @jennifer_dungan @yuhuisg @andrey_osadchuk @akt0m3r
I need help using Success Events in Adobe Analysis Workspace.I have configured the events to be captured in certain scenarios like Service Failure, Session Timeout, etc.I want the events to be cleared immediately after the call - something like a hit level validity.But currently the event details are still retained and continue being captured through the visit.How can I clear the events immediately after the hit?

On my website I have stories for which I want to capture certain details of the story when the user clicks on it.I want to capture the story title, category, published date and other parameters. These parameters should exist only when the user clicks on it. So I was planning to capture this data in Traffic Variables (props). However Adobe recommends using eVars to capture details. Should I use traffic variables or stick with eVars?
I am currently using the s.t() and s.tl() track calls for page views and link tracking respectively.I want to use Success Events for scenarios such as Session Timeouts, Service Call errors, etc.I want to send the Success Events details to Adobe without passing a link or increasing the page views.What is a good way to send Success Events to Adobe?
Hello, in our company, we are currently dealing with the issue of the sunset of the Adobe Mobile Services which shall also mark the end of all our acquisition and marketing mobile links created via the interface. I have read the brief pdf document regarding the sunset where the Appsflyer Adobe partner is mentioned as a replacement. We would like to keep all our links in place - we are using almost exclusively the Universal Links and App Links. The problem is that we are very much lacking details about this transition - most importantly how does the integration with Adobe work. We would like to continue to use the Universal Links and App Links both for our acquisition campaigns and promotions using different marketing channels (internal campaigns, e-mails, paid search, .. you name it) whilst having the ability to report on the metrics and the campaigns in Adobe for the most part. What is the AD ON "mobile marketing" for now Mobile services has been sunsetted? Currently not using the Adobe SDK but it used to provide useful stuff like campaign tracking and deep linking. Don't currently use use the Adobe SDK anywhere but Adobe are insisting that it is needed "because it has been part of the deal since 2017". We have a requirement to track campaign linked to mobile app store that this could probably fulfil, I just can't find any info about how to use it now Mobile services is no more.
Hi community, We have made a connection from a profile dataset in AEP to CJA. However, the profile schema doesn't include an "registration event" which would include a timestamp for the event of user registration and creation of their profile. Now the marketing needs to know about the number of profiles/registrations in of different date ranges in comparison with each other. Given that the profile creation does not have an event with timestamp, is there any work around for this? and how does the CJA date-ranges actually work in this context? (I guess they are not giving accurate figures in this case).Thank you!

I'm currently moving a Google Ads tracking setup from GTM to Adobe Launch/Tags/whatever it is called with the Acronym extension at the moment and I run into an unexpected problem: All possible testing tools (Omnibug, Console Log, Network Tab, Tag Assistant) are happy with my implementation but in Google Ads I see the attached screenshot. The hit is obivously reaching the Ads account correctly but it is not considered a conversion. Any idea what's happening here?

We finally managed to integrate our Adwords accounts into Adobe Analytics. Although not all variables are populated. I wonder how to import them? Hi everyone, i have two separate events configured in data layer on page load through direct call rule. As an example - One is custom page view event and another is impressions. There are 2 calls are triggering which looks ok, but i want to make only 1 calls which includes all details for both the events. Any feasibility to make it 1 server call. Thanks.@Mrg
