What is the Adobe analytics sku ADON "mobile marketing" for now Mobile services has been sunsetted?

What is the AD ON "mobile marketing" for now Mobile services has been sunsetted? Currently not using the Adobe SDK but it used to provide useful stuff like campaign tracking and deep linking. Don't currently use use the Adobe SDK anywhere but Adobe are insisting that it is needed "because it has been part of the deal since 2017". We have a requirement to track campaign linked to mobile app store that this could probably fulfil, I just can't find any info about how to use it now Mobile services is no more.
