Workfront Research Survey: Project Templates

I am the Product Manager over the Best Practices initiative that was highlighted at Leap 2020.

I am trying to understand what project templates you rely on in order to run your business through Workfront. If you are responsible for building or maintaining project templates, I'd love your input!

I would like to bring in consideration, that as personally I see lot of capacity available and some improvement is required to fit Workfront for production companies like us apart from IT. Having many ideas about that, lets discuss if you are interested in future.

You are absolutely correct; new product development (NPD) scenarios are quite different from requirements for an IT function.

The survey highlights provides a handful of product development areas that we are thinking would be useful investments for us to support. This portion of the survey does not provide the same granularity of templates as we provide for other business areas. This was done on purpose primarily because we did not want to overwhelm the people completing the survey with too many options.

If you have specific NPD templates you find useful, please complete the survey to provide them there, or send me a direct message.

I am planning on closing the survey this Friday -- August 21, 2020 -- to start analyzing the results. I will of course be open for input about what templates should belong in the Best Practices catalog that will contribute to your success after Friday; just not through this survey.
