Workfront Problems with Zendesk?

We're having a problem with email request submissions going missing from one of our external vendors who uses Zendesk. Our vendor will confirm that they sent out X number of emails to us, but none of them make it into Workfront. I've checked the POP account being used, and there's nothing being held up there. If we can't get the emails to come through, then they will likely be directed to our team's Outlooks instead. We'd really prefer to keep all of our work within WF if possible, so I'm saving that as a backup if we can't get this resolved. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with Workfront and other system (like Zendesk) not interacting well? Maddy Martin Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation
