Workfront - Best Practice for Taxonomy Approval Processes

Hi Super League!

I'm currently working on Workfront governance and was wondering if you have any best practices for managing taxonomy and approval processes across channels. As an admin, I can see all approval workflows from each hub, and I'd like to upskill to ensure everything is organized and clear.

 

I'd love to hear about any experiences or tips you might have for organizing these processes systematically across different channels so they are consistent and easy to manage!

In your question, I see that you are referring to channels and hubs, are you referring to Companies and Teams? There are many ways to go about accomplishing better organization and experience. If you can provide some examples of what you have tried or what you feel you are missing, I think it can help the community provide their experiences and feedback for you. 

 

As this is a request for best practices and strategy implementation, the Workfront Consulting team may be able to assist, but that is something that your Account Team can help confirm if you are interested in that option.

I should have said "Groups" instead of hub/channels, but I've figured it out. I'll take time to share what I've learned, and I'm always eager to hear from the league. Thank you!
