Using Fusion or Workato, has anyone written data to a report like attached?

Internal client not satisfied with what I have produced with Planner or exports. Also wants to apply probability to planned hours/role resourcing in Idea projects for more accurate forecasting. Anyone done something fancy with API writing to reports?
