Unable to modify linked sharepoint folders

Whenever I try to add files to linked sharepoint folders I am getting the error below even though I have access to the linked folders.

Our IT team has to relink something in the Workfront / SharePoint link once a year.  I'm not sure what exactly they do, but maybe your instance needs relinked too?
