Tip: Best Answers

Ever read a thread with lots of replies and wondered which reply helped out the original poster the most? In Workfront One we have the ability to select a reply to one of our own questions as a "Best Answer".

When you get what you need from our lovely community of users, select the best answer so others who view your thread will know what answer worked best for you.

When a reply is selected as a Best Answer, the selected reply will move directly under the original post and be quickly visible to other readers.

When you select a Best Answer it's a simple way to let that person know that their solution really helped you out!

You can sort posts in any group or on the My Experience page by the option: "Questions with no Best Answer" to find questions that either need a best answer selected or haven't been solved yet. You can also sort by the option: "Questions with Best Answer" so that you can see the questions that the poster found the answer!

Please note that only the original poster (and the community manager) can select a best answer to their question, and that there can only be one best answer per question.
