Textmode column to show hours to be approved on Timesheets report

We have recently implemented Timesheets for our users and setup a a Timesheet report to show all the timesheets submitted by our users, but when people charge time against the projects, we want those hours to be approved by the respective project manager first, if someone logs 10 hours in a week on one particular project, it's possible that PM might approve just 6 hours and 4 hours might be pending for PM's approval, so I would like to have a textmode column on Timesheets report to show if any hours are pending to be approved by PM. If yes, we exclude that timesheet from approving.

Unsure, if everyone will understand my question/concern but I am confident that the admins who have implemented timesheets will certainly make out.
