I'm trying to create proof in document new version, but I'm getting "[422] externalIntegrationType is the same and no handle was provided cannot be null"

This is not a common error and I haven't seen this before when helping customers. I highly recommend that you open a support case with our team so that we can troublehsoot this further as we will need to gather some information about your account, gain access to the scenario, and check the error logs for more information. 

 

I will go ahead and mark this as resolved as the community won't be able to troubleshoot this one further.

Hi, not sure if that is the screenshot you intended to attach, it's not showing the error to me. If you're trying to add a new proof version on an existing proof, you'd select the proof in Docs > Add New > Proof > Version. Be sure you're uploading a compatible file type, maybe you're getting the error if trying to upload a type Proof doesn't handle but I doubt that's the case given how many file types are accepted.
