We created Workfront One to help you do your best work. It's a unified online experience that gives you access to a wealth of knowledge, passionate people, resources, and tools.
With the introduction of Workfront One, we are preparing to transition our current community to our new integrated site. In order to make sure that we bring over all of the most recent conversations to Workfront One, we will temporarily close the current Workfront community on March 24, 2020.
You will still be able to submit support tickets during this time to get help with your ongoing issues. However, during this temporary closure, you will not be able to post new threads or replies, or search old posts.
Starting the week of March 30, 2020, you can visit Workfront One to collaborate and connect with your fellow customers.
Please note that after Workfront One goes live:
- You can log in with your current experience.workfront.com credentials.
- You'll need to associate a topic with each post. This will help with categorizing and finding posts later. There will also be one group called All Discussions that will contain all posts.
- You'll need to set your notification settings for each group you are a part of so you can get your digests as you prefer them (real time, daily, or weekly).
There will be some changes as we transition to Workfront One, but we are here to help you through it and make sure that you can access and find everything that you need.
