Task approval process: is there a way to change the default assignment for "Create an Issue" when the approval is rejected?

The documentation for an approval process says this about the default settings for when an approval (on a Task) is rejected:

  • Create an issue: (Available only for project and task approval processes) An issue is created in the project or task where the approval process is running. The default assigned resource on the task, or the owner of the project is assigned to the issue. By default, the name of the issue created is Approval Rejected (<Project or Task Name>). This is a Rejection Issue, entered under the task or the project, depending on the approval process where the rejection happened.

Is there a way to change the default so that the issue is assigned to the team that the task was assigned to (either instead of the task owner or in addition to the task owner)? I think it would be neat if we could feed the issues back into our Kanban board.
