Hi - Looking for suggestions on how to manage project creep out of campaigns. We allocate hours to each campaign/project that comes in however are having issues with going over hours because the tactics that roll out of the campaign end up being more that what was initially discussed. We thought having a kickoff before the project opens but then we don't have a project to bill hours too IF that project doesn't end up being approved to move forward. Any suggestions, let me know!
