We have a stakeholder that is having issues with a project proof. He can see the proof only when we send him a direct link and not if he's logged in. He is setup as follows:

I have some clarifying questions to help you resolve:
Can the user see the Documents tab on the left-hand side of the project screen?
Can the user see other documents or proofs in the project but not this one?
What is the License Type of the user in Workfront? (Planner, Worker, Standard, Light, Contributor, etc.)

Also he can actually see the proof from what i understand, but when he opens the proof it doesn't show him the most recent version, it is defaulting to another version.
I tried to log in as him and it works for me. I have a call scheduled w/him tomorrow so he can share his screen w/me so i can see exactly what he is seeing. If you think of anything in the meantime let me know. If not I'll reply tomorrow after i speak w/him to see if any new information is presented. Thank you.

spoke with the person who was having issues, it works now. I think he might have been doing something wrong. I showed him another way to go into the proof also. I told him if it happens again to just ping me and i can use that example to show workfront. It was that it wouldn't let him log into see the proof. However he was logged into WF, i told him go to your dashboard, click on the job and go into documents and open proof that way. It worked and then when he tried to go back into the proof thru the email it suddenly worked. I know the proof tool is part of wf but also it's own entity, wonder if it has something to do w/that, that was making him no be able to log in.
