Hi all! I cannot find an answer for this, so thinking it isn't possible...
Some designers + copywriters have been uploading a new standalone proof every time they produce a new version of their work, rather than adding a new proof version to the original file. Is there any way to combine/stack the existing proofs into one proof with multiple versions?
Deleting the V2+ proofs, reuploading as versions over V1, and manually copying in markups isn't an option. I need a solution where the existing files remain intact.
Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, I do not think what you want to achieve is possible. If it were me I would open a help desk ticket and ask a question to the proofing experts. I don't think there's a way to combine anything in ProofHQ.

Yes, you can stack proofs by clicking on the document and then clicking +NEW VERSION and selecting proof from drop-down menu
