Sneak Peek: Workfront One to integrate into Adobe Experience League

Hello Workfront One Community!

As we continue to integrate more and more into the Adobe ecosystem, we’re excited to share that in the next quarter Workfront One will move to Adobe Experience League.

The mission and purpose of Adobe Experience League is nearly identical to that of Workfront One. It’s the unified place where you can receive support every step of the way using Adobe solutions‚Äîfrom on-demand learning to communities to documentation and access to customer support.

As part of the move to Adobe Experience League there are some amazing things coming for the Workfront community.

We’re migrating all your profiles and old content, and this time, we’ll even be able to migrate your bookmarks. We learned a lot when we migrated to Workfront One and we’ll be applying those learnings (community post formatting for text-mode for example) to this migration to make it an even smoother transition.

Some of the top reasons to be excited about the upcoming move:

  1. We will be introducing the Workfront Community Advisors program. This exclusive program will give you direct access to product management, speaking opportunities, opportunities to share your expertise, and more.
  2. Blogging is getting even more integrated into the community. This means that soon you (YES, our customers) will be able to earn the right to post blogs for everyone to read. With this change you’ll be able to comment on blog posts and interact with the authors.
  3. The Innovation Lab ideas will be tied even more closely in with the community and when you subscribe to the community digests you’ll get a digest of the newest ideas and ideas comments as well, all in one email! Say hello to fewer emails in your inbox.
  4. Get points and badges for interacting in the community that earn you virtual rewards which you can display on your profile for more recognition. For more information on the Community game elements, check out this Experience League blog and video.
  5. The functionality and content that you’ve come to appreciate as part of Workfront One will still exist, it will just be in a new location. You’ll still have access to everything you’re used to on Workfront One, including using our wonderful new search, posting questions, marking answers as correct, and more.

If you’d like to experience the new look and feel of the Workfront One Community, check out the Adobe Experience Manager Community, or any of the other communities on the Experience League Community website.

Thanks Jon -- very exciting!

In the spirit of letting the games begin...

I invite those reading this to drop me a comment under my post in Adobe Experience League (see below) to effectively sign in that you successfully found it, and look forward to reconnecting with you there after the official migration!

Regards,

Doug
