Setup Custom Error Message on Request Form

Avatar

Level 2
Hi Everyone, I have a scenario when a radio button is selected to No, it should throw/show a message and should not allow the requester to submit the request. Is there an option to disable the submit button or any workaround for this scenario. Thank You! Mohan Kumar

Hi Mohan, We had that issue also and we tracked down the main offenders and had to explain why they couldn't do this. They were also instructed that no request would be accepted from them in the future if they side-stepped the custom form in that way. So, no disabling...it was a process situation in the end... Hi Mohan, A missing required field on a custom form will prevent it from being submitted...so perhaps you could rejig your "No" slider in a fashion that makes it impossible to provide a true answer until whatever your "No" represented is in fact "Yes". Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore
