Set the displayed image size in a column

Hello! I have some project views and reports that have a column with a representative image. The column is working correctly. But, for some of the reports I would like to set a size of the image that displays so the image size is consistent. The code I'm using is below. What perimeters would I add to set the size of the image displayed? Cross-posted in the text mode group.
