Hello - We have an approval process setup on the project level. I would like to pull a report showing how many times something is rejected or set to rework on the task level. I've tried all sorts of reports, and I can't seem to figure it out. Similarly, once the asset is approved, we route the asset to the issue level for client review. And, I would like to pull how many times per issue something is "rejected" or "approved with changes".
