Roles and Responsibilities- Custom Form

Hi All, Have any of you configured a roles and responsibilities custom from, and attached to projects? If so- could you possibly share? We currently do it now in an excel document, and I'm thinking it might make sense to design a custom form. tks Karen

Hi Karen, So, aside from setting Roles on tasks, you would like an overall summary of who's who for the project? There is of course already the "People" screen on the Staffing tab, which shows the project team, but the issue with this is it doesn't show what role they are performing on the project..only what their primary role is. It would be a nice feature improvement if you could add a project-specific summary role to the People screen area, rather than needing to create a custom form to attach to the project. Otherwise, you end up with issues with how many fields to have on the custom form, due to the variances between projects requiring different numbers of people. Do you have a copy of your existing Excel document to share? This might trigger some more ideas. Regards, David
