Hi, Is there a way to have request that come in start two days after they come in automatically? Currently all issues are coming in as past due right of the bat. Soukayna Oukhouya Navy Federal Credit Union

Hey Soukayna, You probably need to set a longer default duration on the queue topic ( see documentation ) since this is what determines the planned completion date of the issue.
