Reports: Automatic Delivery

Does anyone know if this feature has been removed? I am viewing a YouTube video (by Workfront) on creating a report and noticed this option. However, I am unable to locate this feature in my own setting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMdI0Nbe610

Never mind, I found it. It's under Send Report option.

Hi Susan, I still see the delivery option for scheduling reports. Under project actions --> Send report ->you can send a one time report or schedule a repeating delivery for it.

Hello. I saw that but now I wonder why when you send a report that has a chart, why the chart is not showing. Only data is.

Hmmm good question. I haven't sent a chart report so I'm not 100% sure on that. Do you see any links in the top right that says "Chart, Summary, Details"? That's probably where you would be able to get the chart again.

Gives option of HTML, PDF, Excel and TSV but they are data delivered no visual graph or pie.

You can export the graphic but when it comes to sending the report it comes in data format even when you are on chart tab.

Interestingly enough I just sent myself a chart report to test this and it showed me the chart, not the details.

Interesting thread as this is the same as another - "https://community.workfront.com/p/fo/st/topic=39&post=5088#p5088" https://community.workfront.com/p/fo/st/topic=39&post=5088#p5088 Mini, did you click the link in the email or did you click on the HTML attachment. I don't believe you can email a chart report and see it as a chart in the attachment. Only if you click on the report link can you see the chart. Mini, can you please confirm how you saw the chart?

Hi Greg, I clicked on the link. But you're right. When I click on the attachment, it just gives me the details page and not the chart.
