Report: unique number of logins per month

I need some help on developing a report: I want a report to show the total sum of unique users who have logged into Workfront each month for the past few years. I want to be able to show a trend on usage. Currently, we have a report that filters to show all users who have logged in this month. Then that report is automatically sent to us at the end of every month. Then we can manually add these numbers every month to a spreadsheet to show trends. Is there a way to do this in WF automatically within one report? Denver Lemont Cardinal Health

Hi Denver, I've been mulling this one over, but it's tougher than it looks. Every object that a User goes "up" to either doesn't have custom data allowed on it (e.g. Role, Group), or does (e.g. Company), but then has no other objects underneath that could be used to store trending data over time. As a Hail Mary Pass, I even tried a NOTES report and looked in Audit Text or Note Text for "log" (as in "login")...no dice: simply doesn't seem to be tracked at that level within Workfront, other than the Latest Login you are already familiar with. In short, I think what you're doing is as Good As It Gets. Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore Got Skills? Lend a hand! https://community.workfront.com/participate/unanswered-threads

as always a great through post by Doug! too bad 'you' couldn't create a report that was "linked" to a custom calculated field; that had had 'track updates feed' enabled -- AND could create a report off of those breadcrumbs left when an update is recorded at each calculations. Okay I'll step away from the keyboard now :-) JohnSeitz ESPN

Thanks John, That was a brilliant nudge: I believe that by leveraging our "https://community.workfront.com/discussions/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MessageKey=ca5e7ae0-4cbe-49f6-ad4c-8bbcdf17f683&CommunityKey=aaafaff0-5e4e-4e38-8903-f1f990935567&tab=digestviewer#bmca5e7ae0-4cbe-49f6-ad4c-8bbcdf17f683#bm0">Nessie DNA Reactivation solution, such information might be captured as Notes, in which case you could then create the breadcrumb report you proposed, using standard Workfront reports. First contestant ready to try the game (as an experiment), let me know! Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore Got Skills? Lend a hand! https://community.workfront.com/participate/unanswered-threads
