Report of last custom field updated

Hello, Is there a way to report on changes made to a custom form? I have the Last Update Date and the Last Updated by: Name, but I'm hoping that there's a way I can see that actual change that was made. For example, if an open text field was updated, is there a column I can put in an Issue report to show me the most current change. Thanks! Lila Whitney Discover Financial Services
