Hi Mohan, you can use brute force and prefix the labels with numbers. 1. Queue Topic One 2. Next Queue Topic You may think it's not going to turn out well because of reporting. But in my opinion, queue topic labels only serve two purposes:
To ensure a requester selects the "right" topic in the list
To show the recipient what topic was selected during input of the request for reference only.
Any and every other attempt to rely on queue topic labels for anything beyond this have failed to sustain and always end up causing headaches. They're unreliable and very limited in configuration (can't deactivate, can't move to another project). Hope this helps. Narayan
