Lately a number of my team members haven't been recieving their email notifications when they are tagged in a project. Is anyone else having an issue with this? How have you been able to resolve it?

Thank you for posting this - I was losing my mind trying to figure this out. I even cancelled the project and recreated thinking I had something set up wrong. But it still did not fix it. My next step was to call the Support Desk when I had a few minutes to breathe to see if they can figure it out. If I figure it out I will share with you.

In my case it turns out we are having an internal email issue and it's NOT related to WF.
Though for future reference the first place you will want to check are you setting and make sure you are receiving instant emails and messages to tags, request, approvals and so on. Good luck!

Our users are also experiencing this along with a delay. Some folks are getting notifications a day late or not at all. We have verified notification settings and no changes on our end.

Thanks for letting us know - but for us we already checked. We also made sure Workfront was white listed.
We are still having this issue.

Seems like Workfront has lot many Notification bugs.
My team and me are receiving false notification saying 'XYZ uploaded a document on ABC project' but they just only opened the document uploaded by different user.
