Hi WF Community,
Does anyone know of a way to execute the Recalculate Finance function en masse for a large number of projects? I only see the option to do it on an individual project in the Project Actions section.
Thanks.
Nick

Found out how...
1. Go to a list of projects.
2. Select several projects in the list, then click Edit.
3. Click Settings, then select Recalculate Costs And Revenues.
4. Click Save Changes.
Thanks, Jerin at WF Support for the assistance.

This is now found under the 3-dots menu at the top of the selections.

Hi Nick,
Our Recalc Helper can handle up to 50,000 Projects at a time to ensure the calculated expressions, project timelines, or project finances for all items matching a selected filter are kept up to date, right from within Workfront.
Alternatively, if you select at least two Projects from a list, then click the Edit button, you can then scroll down, check off "Recalculate Costs And Revenues" and do so manually, 2000 max at a time.
Regards
Doug
