Hi (again) Detrie, If you're referring to the layout of the checkboxes, you can simply locate the parameter under Setup > Custom Data > Fields, edit it, drag the checkbox selections up or down, then save. As for changing the Parameter Option labels or values themselves, Workfront has made some excellent improvements in that area in recent years. Although I'm not privy to the technical details, in many cases, I've observed "cascading update" behavior: where my renamed value is automatically "rippled out" to existing data.
