Randomly Losing Home
Anyone else have reports of users randomly losing Home? I've had one user who is still in Classic report that Home was missing form her menu bar. I was able to direct her to: https://XXXXXX.my.workfront.com/myWork where she was able to click the orange Switch to Home button and get it back. This one happened Wednesday - and now that she knows how to get it back, probably won't let me know unless it continues to happen a lot. I've had one other user who is in the New Experience report that she lost everything, Home (Lion icon) and all her pins. She shut down and restarted before letting me know it was happening, but everything came back when she restarted. This one happened yesterday. If it's just a random fluke and we're the only ones, I'm not so concerned as to submit a ticket.
