Providing Adobe Workfront Contributor Access for a Group Email ID of an Vendor

Hi everyone, 

Can you please help me with my query.
We have an vendor and they need to submit requests using request intake form in WF which is tied to our request queue (project).

Instead of providing the WF access to each individual member of the Vendor organization, we'd decided to provide the access to the vendor's group email ID. 

is it possible for us to provide wf contributor access to Vendor's group email ID?

You would need to create a "user" in your system that has that email as their login ID.

Do they need to fill in fields on the request form or just submit a ticket? If it's just submit a ticket you can always enable requests via an email address for them. This only works if there's no custom form fields to use for requests.  

Otherwise as Kellie said, you'd have to not have SSO login for them and set up with a username and password for the generic account to share out with others but that could be against your company policies so I'd check. Our company doesn't allow shared user accounts.
