I may be so far removed from setting things up on Workfront that I cannot recall reasons why an issue's status will turn to cancelled when the resolving project is completed. Typically, the status should be closed and I see that with other projects I've been testing with. The issues that turn cancelled are tied to projects that I just force all tasks to 100% and then changed the project status to complete. I'm surprised that the issues turn cancelled. I must have a setting in there that's causing this but it's not coming to me. Polly Co
