Problems with Project Documents Opening

Is anyone else having an error when trying to open documents in a project? Sunny Harris Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce

I just tested it and was able to open documents in a project. I tried PDF's and Word Docs. Was there a particular format you were trying to open that failed?

I opened documents - and it worked as well. I have all types - jpeg, doc, pdf, tiff Benetta Perry APS

Hi Sunny, We are seeing the same behavior, and have confirmed that it is cluster specific (i.e. only affects those clients running on a certain Workfront cluster). I'd suggest you report it to Workfront (US: 844-306-HELP(4357), EMEA: +44 1256 274200) as we have, so they can triage it among the other 19.1 items raised this morning.
