We've got everyone's predecessor notification set to immediate, but occasionally I hear that people are not receiving them. Is there a place for me to verify if the notification went out, or for them to look to verify those they should have received?
It seems they should be listed in the notifications button but it appears they aren't. Am I missing something obvious?

Our Support team would need to assist you with this. We can check our email logs to verify whether or not a notification email was triggered. If you have a recent example of an action that a user expected would trigger an email notification, and yet an email notification was not received, please submit this to our Support team and we would be happy to look into this.
