Owner Privileges - Kick Start Import

Hi! I cannot find anywhere what setOwnerPrivileges is or, if it is share settings like i want it to be, what data to put there to set it. Any help appreciated! Thanks (goes next to setOwnerID in kickstart template) Sophie Besl JFF
