We have great news to share with you. Workfront has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Adobe.

We are incredibly excited about this announcement, which hit the wires just moments ago. Workfront’s strategic next chapter will bring extraordinary benefits and drive transformative results for our customers. It will dramatically accelerate Workfront’s mission to help our customers do their best work.

Workfront, the global leader in enterprise work management, and Adobe, the global leader in content creation and customer experience management, will become the premier solution for companies powering the creation and delivery of world-class digital experiences, and efficiently and seamlessly leveraging work management capabilities that bring these experiences to life.

We are most excited about the benefits our customers will realize as a result of bringing together Workfront and Adobe‚Äîcategory leaders with a shared customer obsession and passion for technology that’s built for people and inspires an entirely new way of working. This partnership will empower our shared customers to create, manage, and deliver marketing campaigns at rapid speed and scale‚Äîand increase the value they receive from their investments.

The completion of the transaction is subject to customary government approvals and the satisfaction of other conditions. It is expected to close during the first quarter of Adobe’s 2021 fiscal year. Following the closing, our customer-obsessed Workfront team will continue to be here to support our amazing Workfront Customer Community.
