New Resource Planner Views

Hello, The current resource planner displays data by either week, month, or quarter. I need to review data by Year also. Does anyone know how to do this? Theresa Gibson Reed Technology and Information Services Inc.

I think that feature has not been added. I really enjoy that about the old resource grid. Without exporting I am not sure how you would do this. Peter Rose

Yep - at this stage at least, you would need to export it. At least in 18.3 you will be able to export a whole year's data in one go. You can test this out in Preview currently. Just watch out regarding the export limit of 30000 records. If your time period generates more than that it will be truncated which is obviously no good. David Cornwell

Would be nice to be able to customise them! Hence, I have now created the Idea to give as an ability to pull all data/numbers from Resource Planned to a report! This way, we could present those numbers as we need. Group them, present in charts, matrix reports etc. That would help with getting our own views as well. We're able to create report with data from Legacy Resource Estimates which helps to present some future plan in nice chart. So would be good if we can retain this ability. Please upvote!
