New Home - My Work/ My Task widget

Do the tasks that populate in the My Work or My Tasks widgets on your home page only show if you have been assigned to the task? Example: I am on a project but not specifically tagged in a task, will I still see the task in the widget?

@skyehansen Do you know of any post(s) or page(s) that might give a brief explanation of what each widget is meant to show? I'm trying to put together some documentation for our end users to explain what the differences are between the widgets, and when they should use one vs. another.
