Need Filter for Owner's Manager's Manager = User

Hello, I'm trying to add a filter to program and project reports where the User is the object-owner's manager's manager. I already have a filter for owner:managerID=$$USER.ID which allows the user to see objects owned by his/her direct reports, but it does not show object-owners who report to the user's direct reports. I just need to go one more level down in our organizational structure. Any ideas? Thanks! Jaime Todd Everyday Health Inc
