I have a request that helps us manage access to various Marketing solutions. We ask for them to provide Name, Email, Employee ID.
In the Report(Dashboard) we manage this intake from, I would like 1 column entry to put all of these 3 data points for each associate entered in the request. We provide up to 3 associates that the requestor can request access for, but, there may be only 1 or 2 associates in the request. The column should populate all info provided.
So this one request may have a max of 3 people being requested - column would read:
Tom Tester, tom.tester@email.com, #123456
Fred Tester, fred.tester@email.com, #222222
Mary Tester, mary.tester@email.com, #456789
This would really help us identify access needs at a glance instead of diving into the request
