Multi-Instance Customers at LEAP

Hey everyone, TGIF! Anyone who has worked through or is working through a multi-instance enterprise - either merging instances or effectively managing multiple instances - as a result of a merger or acquisition or internal consolidation - I would like to host a "Meetup" at LEAP. I'm interested to hear how others are managing this scenario. While we had another department join our instance a year ago and the crossover was minimal, they've already moved on their own instance. However, we were always wary about global settings and how to tackle any global change with kid's gloves. We would be joined by a new team soon and would want to ask the new team to be on group admins instead but it does not seem to be an easy conversation. Polly Co
