Lock custom form on Request when converted to project

Hi am i being daft or after the last hot fix on the custom from (in request queue) did something change?? as previously on conversion to a project the request queue custom form would always lock, so no changes could be made on the form.

The other day we saw a submitter able to change some date fields in the custom for non a project even though it had been converted. I even tested as the user and was able to amend the request custom for after the project and request were closed/completed

 

Just wondered if i am going crazy or something has changed

I'm not aware of any changes in this matter. You can preset the access rights for the request submitter (View, Contribute or Manage) after the request has been submitted. Maybe you can check if there something has changed? With View access, you cannot change the custom form. With Contribute and Manage access, this is possible (and always has been).
