Has anyone viewed this module? I think a step was skipped. After you assign Default Assignee and/or Default Team, I believe you need to Route to Project, which wasn't shown in video. Anyone else notice? Or, have I been doing an extra step all along... Susan
Susan, I create these and I only enter default assignee. I do not use default team nor default project - in the manner in which we are using the request flow. Everyone flows thru to one person - then at person farms it out - after careful review and evaluation of the request. Thanks. Benetta Perry APS
