Hi everyone! Our organization is looking at adding an enterprise work manager type position that would basically be over company wide processes, Workfront and a couple other big programs we use. This person would be working with all the stakeholders to refine processes and develop/maintain onboarding documentation and training and basically be the point person for these systems. This person would also have a position reporting to them that would help manage all these aspects. The manager position would not be in IT however, but would report directly to our CEO but would work hand in hand with IT when needed. I'm looking for ideas on job titles that you might have at your organization for these types of positions (manager and supporting position). Thanks in advance!
