Issues Report

Not all the issues assigned to me are showing up on the Issues report I created.

Filters that my report has is Project's Status in Execution, Closing, Planning, Request Queue

1. Issues in different queues are not showing up

2. If an issue is shared between me and another TM, it also doesn't show up on the report

How can we get the report to show all of my issues?

Are you using the 'assignment users' filter or 'assigned to'? Assigned to will only show tasks where you are the primary assignee.
