The user has a priority field that is 1 to 100 but they don't want to adjust the all of the items after #1 is completed. If there was a calculation that could just display 1 for the first item in the list 2 for the second, etc... They could use the existing priority field as a "Sort field" and then the report would show priority 1-X in incremental order. Donald Lay Charles Schwab
