Is there an automated way to add an Outline number to tasks? I'm interesting in setting up tasks similar to a WBS with an outline flow, such as:\n\n1\n1.1\n1.1.1\n1.1.2\n2\n2.1\n\netc.

You're in luck: WBS is built in to Workfront, as per this article.
