I need to add a project template onto all of our team's open projects to include tasks that account for the back and forth communication with our design team. The old process is causing confusion, so I want to add these tasks in which should help provide clarity on SLA's and assignments.

With our Sync Template solution, you could add the new process Tasks to the original Template(s) from which the Projects were created, choose the “Tasks Missing From Template” and “Task Predecessors” options, then sync those Template changes out to a Filtered set of target Projects.
Hi Jack, I'm actually curious to see your new tasks that account for the back and forth communications. Are they minimal tasks for the designer to account for their communication time during the span of the project?
