Interactive proofer crashing on Mac install

Hi, I am trying to install the interactive proof viewer. It installs fine on my PC. On the Mac, it opens, I get to the continue or cancel. I hit continue and it closes. Any one have any ideas? Kristine Ross Great West Life & Annuity Insurance Company

this happened to us. For us, this was not a crash: it was just really bad UI. It actually did install, although not on the system app folder but in the individual users app folders (which are a different place). If you go back and open the proof, the proof itself should locate the app and now open (if you're experiencing the same issue as we did) -skye
