How to include resolved issue reference in a project report??

Avatar

Hi, I am trying to include a column in a project report which shows the reference number of the Issue resolved by a project space.

I can show the name of the issue using 'Converted Action name', but I can't see an equivalent field for the reference number of the issue.

I suspect i may need a bit of text mode ... can anyone help??

Many thanks

Richard

WF Support came through with a bit of text mode to solve my issue. I'm sharing in case someone else finds useful.

displayname=Resolvable Action Ref Number

listdelimiter=<p>

listmethod=nested(resolvables).lists

textmode=true

type=iterate

valuefield=referenceNumber

valueformat=HTML

hi @Richard Hughes‚

may be you are asking for similar kind to add as a column in project report;

displayname=Resolved By Request

istdelimiter=<br>

listmethod=nested(resolvables).lists

textmode=true

type=iterate

valuefield=name

valueformat=HTML

Hi thanks Kundan for responding,

I'm afraid this just pulls through the name of the converted issue and not the issue reference number. I can already get this using the field 'Converted Action name'.

Kind regards

Richard
